My purpose is to help people by connecting them to jobs and careers. I served in the US Army for 33 years, in a wide range of positions including field artillery, airborne, staff, command, pentagon, and general officer assignments. I have extensive training and experience in management, problem-solving, leadership, and strategic planning. 

My civilian experience includes chamber of commerce leadership, workforce development leadership, higher education consulting, and veteran advocacy across a broad spectrum of activities. I am committed to assisting employers in screening, hiring, and growing their Veteran workforce.

Rodney O. Anderson, Sr.

I am purpose-driven with a clear focus on connecting individuals to jobs and careers. I served in the U.S. Army for 28 years in a wide range of positions, including property accountability officer, airborne/air assault, V corps staff, and U.S. Army recruiting station commander. I have extensive training and experience in management, Critical thinking, leadership, research training, and career development.

My civilian experience includes the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP), Deputy COR (DOD civilian GS-14), workforce development, Army Logistics automation consulting, and veteran advocacy across a broad spectrum of activities. My focus, drive, and determination, coupled with acute attention to detail, have progressed my career to date both in the Military and as a civilian. I intend to apply the same level of expertise that has propelled my career to date. My passion and goal are to raise an employer’s awareness of the value and benefits of hiring transitioning military service members and veterans. Focus, Drive, and Determination are the ingredients I will apply to assist employers in screening, hiring, and growing their Veteran workforce.
